OK, let me get this straight. The guy was NOT properly identified? He has some real brain damage? OK, got it.
Now, he DOES reside in the Amerika “ruled” by the “decider” W. Gump. Given this fact, and this fact alone, his being charged with any crime makes his death penalty valid. Period. End of discussion. Why any court of appeals was involved is beyond belief. If the death penalty is good enough for the “bad” terrorists, it ought to be good enough for this guy, whatever his name really is. That is something Gump his self could be proud of.
