I get the impression from Luke’s explorations that the neocons, the Israeli lobby, the military industrial complex …and now the Turkish mafia, are just part of an enormous shell games designed to extract US taxpayers of their hard earned cash. My guess is that any determined effort to expose one or other of the shells would only lead the professional hucksters who run the game (ie the professional political class) to introduce more shells to shuffle in front of a dumbfounded electorate.
