Bush is a liar? No great revelation there. Bush is a delusional megalomaniac and should be in a treatment facility… It is a waste of time to try and parse his statements.
Well since he’s convinced folks that them having one is a casus belli, lies like that can go a long way toward war.

That is the main problem. Because Bush has what I call the “BS Pulpit” he can keep repeating the same distortions over and over again. Since no one in the MM really challeges him on any of it a lot of people end up believing what he keeps repeating. Every once and awhile someone like Helen Thomas calls him out but everyone laughs it off for the most part and it is back to business as usual. They are working hard to make Iraq a non-issue and in my opinion they are succeeding to some degree in getting people to accept the fact that the US will have a military presence there for a long time to come.

Dang it Scott, I always did wonder what happened to Eeyore Allawi. Last I heard Bush traded him in on a puppet of greater value.
Per your prior correspondence, BUSH is not a LIAR if his information is untrue, only if he knowingly and willfully makes statements that are untrue……..It is very hard to get inside someones head to determine when they are with premediation lying and when they are MISGUIDED or making MISJUDGMENTS……

I’d love to hear him use the word…because if he did, he basically has to call for impeachment….but I think we know he has to soft peddle this (tone it down) to sincere Misjudgments….He’s running in a Republican primary and makes a rational, calculated decision as to just how far he can push it….
FYI…..The most direct PERSONAL attacks on BUSHve come from Tom Tancredo on Immigration……
