Once also I saw him saying that something was “a bit annoying.” That’s about as mean-spirited as he ever gets. When it comes to illegal immigration, he wants no fence, just more border patrol civilian federal cops and an end to federal laws which mandate that states provide public benefits to them. In the second debate he blasted pretty much the entire American conservative movement for “scapegoating” the immigrants when it’s congress’s policies which creating the “excess” immigration that they are complaining about. He says that in a free market there would be plenty of immigration and no one would mind.
