It's a dumb throway line from the movie, Hot Rod, with Andy Samberg (which is so ridiculous that it gets funnier everytime you watch it). I have an OCD thing where I keep bringing it up. My apologies for being so repetitive and annoying. Honestly, great speech though. You don’t know who Douglas Bubbletrousers is?!?!?!?!?!
