I can’t put this NCRI into a conventional box. They are an alternative Iranian outlaw congress of some sort, they must hate Iran, they like or have links to Mossad, helping to fake up the famous PC notebook to give the US cause to start a war against Iran, but alQaeda likes them sort of.
