Jon Eisenberg is a published author on legal matters. He is a partner at the law firm, Eisenberg and Hancock, LLP in San Francisco. Among his published books include, Using Terri: The Religious Right’s Conspiracy to Take Away Our Rights and The Right vs. the Right to Die: Lessons from the Terri Schiavo Case and How to Stop It from Happening Again.

I was on a West Michigan Libertarian cable access TV show talking about the issues one evening. A 21-ish girl took the microphone next to me, so I engaged her on election politics. It turns out she was an Obama supporter.

I asked her what brought her into the Obama camp, curious because she was in a room full of Ron Paul supporters. She looked at me rather incredulously and said:

“Because he’s the messiah!”

I just watched a Obama speech on faux news, and besides his saying the US should focus on killing Afghans and Pakistani’s instead of Iraqi’s, i almost fell asleep he was so boring.
