Phil, Strange as it sounds, I think she meant to say – good old what’s his name again? The guy that supposedly sent the money to Mohammed Atta on orders from General Mahmoud – anyway, that that guy had murdered Daniel Pearl. Now, I know it don’t rhyme or nothing, but in context of the entire discussion, it is clear to me that she did not mean to say Osama. First of all, Dipshit, the pipsqueak errand boy killed Osama? How? Why? How could that possibly be? Also, she says “murdered.” It makes little sense that she would call the killing of Osama a “murder.” Benhazir hated and feared the religious radicals. She was in the process of being installed in power by the CIA when she was killed. They then settled for her husband instead. Plus I’m pretty sure that clip is from quite a bit before she was killed. And also, I screw up and say the completely wrong thing without noticing sometimes myself – calling Osama Saddam and mixing up other proper names, saying WWII ended in 1845, and God-knows-what nonsense. Oh yeah, also I read somewhere where they had tracked down statements by her shortly before And After that clip saying that the US should be fighting Osama and al Qaeda and focusing less on poking around in other areas – i forget exactly.
And I could be wrong about this, but I figure that when Osama does die, they’ll brag about it and celebrate his martyrdom and all that crap fairly loudly.
Anyway, so that’s why I’m pretty sure she just misspoke in that clip.
This was a truly incredible interview, Scott. If everyone heard this I think the people would be totally ashamed of ´their´ government. I know that I am.
