Suprised by Michael Scheuer, sounded more like a neo-con today. Maybe he was just having a tough week. Just hope he hasn’t decided that its better to be popular and welcomed by the right than keep with his principals.

As far as the rest of it, I used to be angry but now I’m just amused, as the saying goes.
But I can’t understand why Americons still worship their politicians. I would think they would at the least shun them, if not throw garbage at them when they come out in public, especially now that they’ve bankrupted the country. And hell, the state politicians are busy raising taxes at a time when people are getting killed with the economy. Those MFers.
I saw him on al jazeera a few weeks back and he did indeed sound neo-connish on torture, Perhaps it’s because he was in on the rendition program back in the 90′s ? .
